[sdiy] Front Panel Express knob markings...

It sounds like a lot of people are using Front Panel Express, I can see
why. What are you doing for knob indicators on the panel? Anything or
just going without? If someone is using markings and has an object I can
drop into their software I would like to have it. Thanks again.
