The CMOS switches I've tried to use have had internal resistance all over
the place. So if the resistance of the switch is critical or you want to
develop something that you're going to make a bunch of I would not use them.
I'd look at the various flavors of DG/ADG switches. DG3XX, DG4XX, ADG3XX and
ADG4XX. These have tighter specs but cost more. They come in different types
too. Normally opened/closed and combinations. And as Harry said they are
separate switches so you can control the make/break characteristics.
