Check out the MAX4622, a dual SPDT, 
http://pdfserv.maxim-ic.com/en/ds/MAX4621-MAX4623.pdf

on resistance of 3 to 5 ohms!

bipolar supply can run up to +/- 18 V

break-before-make..

Anyone see any "gotchas" with this chip?

Oh, wait, here's a gotcha. Only seems to be at Digikey, and they want 
$5.78 for an SOIC version. Grrrr.

Back to drawing board. Just wanted to share my pain.

Maybe DG403? 50 ohm resistance. I have no idea how low we should be trying 
to go to build a triangle VCO.
