Actually, we've tried to keep the changes to an absolute minimum:

*The section numbering has been changed to make it easier to follow
(and the graphics always have numbers that match the chapter they
belong to).
*A little information has been added about the regulators used in the
Power Supply schematic (application of heat sink grease, and keeping
the heat sink tabs from touching each other).
*Web links and references in the last section have been updated.
*The text has been reformatted, and the graphics redrawn so that
everything is in PDF format now.

These are all relatively minor changes. The actual content of the book
is still the same. There's lots of neat stuff in there, so we didn't
really want to change any of the content. We're offering the PDF
upgrade to existing Drum Cookbook owners as a courtesy so that they
can get an electronic version of they want.
