You only need two antiphase signals, so sometimes one uses a flip-flop 
and divide. Or you can use an oscillator which already generates 
antiphase signals.

Here are two examples of clocking circuits:

I've sucessfully used the latter circuit to drive TDA1022s.
With a larger BBD (hence more capacitance as a load) one might
have to beef up the outputs with complementary push pull stages.

Note the odd way of powering the CMOS stuff here. Should match the 
powering of the BBD.
