200e

Mine seems to clock accurately at somewhere up to maybe 10 to 20 hz through the 16 steps, then it gets blurry in a sense. The leds begin to do funny things as they attempt to keep up, changing the frequency of the vc has some effects on the results even at the 1 or 3 k range, but it sounds pretty similar if clocked at 200hz.  I don't know the control rate of the 200e in general, btw.
