I'm not responding to take issue with your opinions.  Your opinions are 
valid as yours. I would, however, like to point out that 24 minute 
envelopes (12 minute rise/12 minute fall) are possible on the 249 and 
16 minute on the 250.  These times are potentially much longer when 
multiplied by an external voltage.
