You need a center boat from either the 201e-18 or 201e-12.  The center 
boat has the memory card slot. I'm not entirely sure if you need the 
225e - might have to ask Buchla & Associates on this one.  Maybe it 
will make the FAQ. The procedure is simple: With system power off, you 
insert the memory card with the new firmware in the memory slot, power 
on the system while pressing the "remote enable" button on the module 
you would like to update.  And then you just wait until the module 
returns to it's regular start-up state.

Or you can send the modules into Buchla for firmware updates.

I have done a field upgrade and I have sent my modules in.
