It's too bad that the preset manager is tied into the MIDI decoder
module; now, if one gets the 222e to control the system and doesn't need
to use MIDI, he'll have to buy the MIDI module anyway to use the preset
manager section of it.

It would have been cool if the 222e included a preset manager section
also.
