I think it's pretty unlikely Don would design and build a single space system interface for the 200e. Keep in mind an original 227 occupies four spaces. It's pretty remarkable for Don to have squeezed it down into 2 spaces for the 227e to begin with. Personally I think of the 12 space cabs best utilized as expanders for existing modular set-ups or original 200 systems, as it's difficult to fit many of the essential 200e modules into 12 spaces. If that is the case, one might be able to do without a 227 altogether. You can always utilize a 210 or 292 for mixing needs in a smaller system as well.
