I wouldnt bring a lifeform into this world however if I did I would be more concerned with over protecting my kid and turning my child into a freakish weakling rather then just accepting that shit happens and hoping for the best.

buchla 100 touchplates have been in circulation for over 40 years. I haven't heard of any evidence that that they have caused brain damage to anyone other then those whos minds they have blown.

Ezra has been around that shit his whole life and he seems somewhat normal.. or at least hes only got the standard number of limbs etc.

I can understand the instinct to protect your offspring but freaking out about such things can only do more harm then good... perhaps the soap you use to wash your hands has chemicals which will eventually be shown to cause cancer.

relax, hang out with your kid and enjoy your buchla.

.....and yet, I do worry. I would hate myself for inadvertently
allowing any kind of toxins in my baby, and all just from this hobby
of mine. I agree that there's too much crap in our environment, and so
I want to be able to have control over the one that I have knowledge
 of. I'm sure anybody who's a daddy/mommy would understand....
