By patching up a network with the SOU, and a few 281 Function
Generator sections, you can get some pulses that are at least
unpredictable, if not truly random.

A tip: if you set the quantized random section to two steps and clock
it with something, you get a random pulse train out, albeit still in
sync with the input pulse train. This output will trigger other 281e
sections, and I assume it's sharp enough to trigger other things.

The Pendulum/Ratchet was designed to generate correlated pulses, so
generating random pulses is not it's strong suit. That said, the four
cv input jacks on the Pendulum/Ratchet are designed to be a shorting
bar away from jacks on the SOU:
Fluctuating Random A -> Rate
Fluctuating Random B -> Density modulation
Quantized Random C -> Division A
Stored Random F -> Division B
It still generates correlated pulses, but sometimes the correlation
can be hard to hear.
