200e Euro Interface Do's and Don'ts

I moved the Buchla last night right up close to my 5 cases of Euro stuff so they could meet and greet - it was a cautious first encounter. I am not sure if there is going to be any chemistry or not or if this arranged marriage will even take. I also got around to hooking the MAQ 16/3 sequencer to the Buchla's midi port. Midi interface makes sense - lots of busses - trying to figure out out to route busses to individual oscillators, while also running the 250e etc. Next I began I cautiously trying to figure out possible safe interconnectivity between the 200e and the Euro Modular (6 oscillators, 5 filters, etc.). I obviously don't want to kill the 200e with negative voltages, etc. (Really Jon I mean it.) I read up as much as I could over at Muffs and this is what I think are the rules of the road - please verify the following: (1) Buchla audio/tinijax cables to Euro inputs (CV or audio) is not good - jax are too large and may break the .375mm Euro inputs. (2) Euro .375mm cables are physically OK to connect to Buchla Tinijax audio ins/outs but may be a little loose (I have found they fit well with no intermittent signal) (3) Audio Paths - Euro audio signal paths such as filters, Tyme Machines/BBD devices, and other audio only module functionality plays nicely with Buchla audio paths. No risk of harm to Buchla or Euro circuit. Buchla is at a hotter line level than Euro audio but I have not needed to resort to the Doepfer A-119 to match levels. Euro filters work great with my Buchla oscillators and it is nice to have resonance and simple sweeps of Euro filters by CV added to Buchla audio sources and modulating. (4) Euro/Buchla CV - the big no-no (I think). I have a Make Noise Format Jumbler but have not used it to send CV to or from the Buchla. Really not sure what to do here - thus far I have not tried this fearing that I will blow the Buchla modules with the Euro 12 volt control voltages (versus Buchla 10) and the Euro negative voltages which Buchla does not use. I also know there is some grounding issue with Euro. I understand the single black banana on the back of the 200e cab is for ground. Do I also need ot ground both ends including the Euro boxes? I guess I could send Buchla CV to Euro but limited to a 10 volt control voltage. I would love to use a simple (or complex) Euro LFO with my 200e and I am pretty sure that should not be a problm but I will definately stay away from all the complex Euro CV modules like polarizing voltages, etc. I also would like to try the Z8000 matrix sequencer to Buchla. What are the groups thoughts/experiences, etc. Any suggestions on safe CV interfaces are appreciated. Thanks.
