You should have 2 things on your stack...
level 2 should have  << 2 + >>
level 1 should have  'ADD2'

how you got...
1:  ::  x<< % 2. x+ x'
     ID ADD2 x'x>> ;

...I'm not sure but, just in case, check flags 85 &
92. They should be off (no check mark)
