50g

My computer doesn't recognize my 50g when I connect them.  Any suggestions?

Don't use any hubs.
Try each USB port on the system.

have you checked your flag settings on the 50g?
my flags are set as:
34 -  print via wire
35 - ASCII transfer 

Also, you must use the same usb connection that you first installed the connectivity software otherwise it doesn't recogmize it.
