Jeff,

There is no internal pull up on this pin. Any pull up that you do get is
due to leakage. The pin may appear to reliably float high if left
unterminated. However, this phantom pull up capability will change
radically with temperature and mask set and probably attitude.

So, if you want to depend on it being high, supply your own pull up.

Now, all this is based on using the pin and general prupose IO. It the pin
is used at TxD, it will actively drive high.

Regards,
Charlie

Charlie,

Is there an internal pull-up (weak or otherwise) on pin PQS7 on a '332?
(This pin behaves as TxD when the SCI is enabled.)

Jeff
