I have a 68332 with a TPU channel running DIO function (we run all functions from RAM). It set to be an input. I have one unit where it appears that the output driver is still loading the TPU pin: I can still read the pin and see changes but it takes over 10 ma to pull the pin high. (800 ohm pullup versus the normal 20K) This pin could have seen some high voltage. Yet I find it hard to believe that the hardware could fail this way: (Input still functional and just control of the output lost). Has anyone else seen this?
