Make utilities

I have a general question on what make utilities are in use.  We use Opus 
make but just recently switched to Windows XP and have been experiencing 
plenty of problems.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
