It has TPU3 (still reading to see if it's only a 16 bit TPU) It has up to 44 channels (with additional external MUX's) and at least 21 (?) on-chip 10-bit A/D's. It has CAN 2.0, 2xSCI, SPI, and a timer module. It has 8K SRAM, 6K TPU-emulation RAM, 8K mask ROM (woo-hoo for us niche people who would never tool a mask), and 4x512 byte patch ram that can overlay the ROM. It has 8x32K flash with internal buffers. 3V core, 5V Vpp and Vddh I have not found the PIT from the HC16's but there are several other suitable time-slice generators. I plan to use the external 66MHz oscillator to run 33MHz instead of the internal synthesizer. MIL temp spec, 217 pin BGA.
