Hi All,

    We wish to use the TPU /  MC68376 to control 4 independent stepper motors. We intend to use the Allegro A3977 to do the actual driving of the motors. This device simply requires a pulse for each motor step. We want the TPU to handle the changing of the pulse rates automatically, without CPU intervention, during acceleration and deceleration of the motors. My question is which TPU function to use? Could we use the SM or TSM function and just use one of the output channels to drive the A3977 or is there a better way?
