At the Sonar Festival in Barcelona i´ve noticed that a lot of 
musicians, who used a Notebook on stage, used a Apple Powerbook, so i 
guess this must be a good purchase for portable computer music. 
Computer Jockeys use one, Mouse on Mars do and a couple of others too.

Don´t bother with PC technology. As someone already said, if you go 
for a good brandname, Apple is not much more expensive than a IBM 
Thinkpad.
