oops... cs1x should not 'ave said that...just the 2x and the a4k/5k sample disks...sorry...I have samples in my cs2x (like earth lead, and faaaat tek hook etc. that I came acroos in my an1x as welll...the exact same sound spot on.

  Huh? The CS1x was released long before the AN1x..... Where did you hear that the samples were based on it?
