Hold down '7', '8', & '9' while powering up - then choose 9 for ALL (or 8 for SYSTEM only.) Ssee page 100 of the manual for more info. 2) It *might* be a physical problem with the Ribbon Controller connection. Elson, and a few other users, had problems with the Ribbon Controller - he popped open the case and found the connection was not secure. Voila! Problem fixed - his write up is in the Files section under Tips&Tricks http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AN1x-list/files 3) Maybe the problem is the result of a bug?! But from your first post it doesn't sound as though you could easily recreate the steps you followed when the problem first appeared. Hope this helps, Jon
