A common and perfectly reasonable statement. But this is one 
reason I like my AN1x so much - the [ASSIGN] Knobs can 
reprogrammed easily to control other sound modules or VSTi's. 
Alternately, you can easily set-up most sequencing 
environments with templates to remap incoming MIDI CCs to 
your VSTi's. This is typically a one time effort so for me it 
minimizes - practically eliminates - the issue altogether. But 
again, this entirely a matter of personal preference and is not a 
right or wrong arguement.

Yes, you could take thinks a step further then the AN1x with the 
excellent Peavey PC1600X MIDI Controller (or something 
equivalent) and reallly go to town! I would LOVE to have one 
those!!!

Great choices on the 2nd hand market :-) Watch out for 
Wavestations and original K5s with burntout or fading backlight 
displays.TG77/SY99s were great synths and there is loads of 
online Kurzweil support.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
