They are a bit pricey, though. Hey Ed: Thanks for the tips. Yeah, I'm more of a puff now and then kinda guy. I used to play french so I would think I would be decent at it, but I tried the "purist" settings (no blow, no sound) and was pretty underwhelmed with the results. I didn't realize it was logarithmic. That would explain a lot. I am beginning to dream of synths with logarithmic and force-feedback/variable resistance controllers. (On a guitar, it's harder to bend from 1 to 2 semitone than it is from 0 to 1.) Seems limitations are what make some instruments musical........ Cheers, Jerry
