Hi Richard, Thanks for the response. I'm not ready (financially) yet but I'd like to know what I'm looking at price wise. I mean, I know I could go out and buy a dell and install the software but I want to make sure that I get the right soundcard, Seperate hard drive for the OS, Plenty of RAM and all that good stuff. I'd like to run the 160 version and be able to max it out without worrying. Also, what kind of mixing can you do with the voices (channels) individually? I mean, is thether eq or dynamics per channel or how many seperate effects sends and stuff like that. I just want to be able to take advantage of the commercially available sample libraries and do orchestral mock-ups. First I have to buy Symphony of Voices for my S3000xl. Then I'll purchase a giga machine. Thanks for your help. Eric W [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
