You know...I predicted (apparently wrongly) when that movie came out (what year?) that within a short time some amp maker or other would actually DO IT...just because of the movie. I'm pretty dissapointed...well, okay, BITTER actually that no one thought of it...or have they?

I mean, we got Dweezil Zappa "designing" some amp to look like a cross between an old RCA Victor radio and a '55 Chrysler....so why wouldn't they get knobs that go to eleven?
