Hi,

Probably the most prominent user of the Lowrey was Garth Hudson from The 
Band who also recorded extensively with Bob Dylan and a host of other 
folk. He made some gorgeous sounds with it, and used the pitch bend to 
great effect as well. I don't know what model he used but in the pics 
I've seen it looks like a full size job.
