Hey there,

About to get the AN200. Just wanted to know if all parameters will be intact if I bring AN1x 
sounds to it, or do I loose anything? How closely alike will they sound?

I'm really excited for the AN200 - no question. Anyone made really nice pads with it? Wanna 
share an mp3 clip of em? :d

The AN1x is bi-timbral with two "scenes" for each patch. The AN200 is
monotimbral so scene 2 in the AN1x patch is lost. Patches that use
scene 2 for layering will not sound the same. 

The AN200 allows patch morphing but it's restrictive. On the AN1x any
patch can morph to any other, on the AN200 any patch can morph to one
and only one globally assigned patch.

The AN200 lacks the FX processor of the AN1X so all FX settings in a
patch are lost.

Other than those restrictions, the two sound pretty much identical.
