an1x test mode?

an1x test mode?

2010-01-25 by Lee

there's a hidden 'test' mode in the AN1x, intended for factory and servicing use only. You enter it by powering up the synth whilst holding down the '0', '-' and '+' buttons on the keypad. The '+' button then advances through the tests, and the '-' button goes back. The 'Store' button enters a test routine and acts as the 'Yes' button, whilst the 'Portamento' button exits a test and doubles as the 'No' button.
anyone tryed this???

Thanks to everybody for the USB interface advices !
For the test mode : Lee, if you don't have the spare parts and the
workshop manual this test is IMHO useless for the owner. I suppose it's
not destructive so you can go on testing DACs, memories and so on.
Beware of scratching your own sounds in the memory if you test it...
