1970's and early 1980's string synths

1970's and early 1980's string synths

2012-04-29 by rainbow9002001

In the Files/AN1x voices/ section, 'Vintage string synths.an1'

All with the tri-chorus BBD analog sound, based on the Solina String Ensemble, Crumar Performer and the Yamaha GS1 FM keyboard.

Chorus speed can be edited with LFOs 1 and 2 and pwm depth for vcos 1 and 2. VCO1 modulated by LFO2p (slow speed) and VCO2 modulated by LFO1 (fast speed).

Hi, Sorry I don't know if .an1 can work on the AN200, maybe someone can help with regards to converting .an1 to .an2 or .anp?

Hi,

If you as author author are happy, I will use my an.factory librarian to create AN200 and PLG150-AN variants of the sounds and post the results. Of course, not all voices (e.g. dual layer) will sound as intended, but it's a start...

Cheers
Derek
