It´s not in the files section because it´s not free and copyright as also copy protected,- physically too !!!
If you copy the disk, you have a workdisk, but you need to have the original disk inserted in the floppy drive all the time even you start it from a harddrive. More,- if you start it from a harddrive it won´t find it´s default bank, what it has to, even if you copy this bank to the drive and w/ the original disk not being inserted in the floppy drive.
As I mentioned in the Xpantastic group, the patches are content of this copy protected program and in the programs bank format, not raw sysex,- and not any part of this program disks content is free to copy unless someone finds the creator and/or distributor of this program to get an authorization.
It´s also possible, all the rights of the company went in 3rd party hands after liquidation.
If you want the patches, try to find the Oberheim compact cassette for the Xpander/Matrix 12 which contains these patches.
I think that´s much easier and avoids legal conflicts.
Not all the old software is for free,- have you ever seen Digidesign programs for free if these are not cracks ?
If someone makes evident there is an authorization to upload the content of that copy protected program to files sections of groups, I´d do it as soon I have the time for it.

It's not in the files section (unless it is named incorrectly), I've
already looked. ;(
(I'm NOT referring to the Matrix.zip file which is the Matrix 1000
editor by Quinsoft, which IS in the files directory)
Actually, I'm only interested in the patches themselves, not the program.
