i don't think sound designer or turbo synth or softsynth will do what this 
guy needs , if i remeber it only does x7000 or s900
not the 612

what about links to sample vision is this little gem around?

also

 give me an ideal of what you will trade for softsynth?

another program I think may do what you what is Steinberg Avalon for
the ST I don't know whether they did versions for other platforms but
it supports all those you listed I think?
