You all are going to keep it up and we're going to be accused of being 
inhospitable to newbies suffering from DNS syndrome again.

Just copy your CodeVision manual, convert to a pdf file, and send it to 
the poor kid...all at your own expense...for software you've bought 
yourself.  He can't afford to buy the software.  How can he afford a 
manual?  Oh heck, it's Christmas.  Maybe the folks over at CodeVision 
will give him a manual.

Isn't it funny how someone will take a whole 'nuther attitude when they 
have their own software, firmware, or hardware designs, their personal 
work product, stolen?  But that's different...
