Hello Wael,

you are asking for quite a lot with your few word question. :-)

I would suggest you split the whole lot into several tasks:
First of all, use your favorite search engine and look for some of the 
freely available tutorials on the C language.

Next look for a copy of the GNU Compiler: first for you PC to learn and 
practise C and later the cross compiler for the AVR.

After you're fit with C and the concept of structured programming (even 
and especially in C) get the datasheets from www.atmel.com and try to 
read and understand them.

If you then have AVR specific problems with your C code, you're very 
welcome to come back and ask...
