If you're looking for the processor definition files, they are in your
C:\Program Files\Atmel\AVR Tools\AvrAssembler\Appnotes directory.
They might have chosen to call the dir "include files" instead of
"appnotes", since there aren't any app notes in the directory, but
that's how it is.

Those aren't "plug-ins" though.
