Thanks to Phillip, James and Quentin.

The no service password-recovery option was not set :o)

And I have now removed all passwords :o) 

Now I can go to the customers site and high jack their NT1 ;o) and see if this thing works (their old ISDN router is A a useless pile of crap, B dying and C running off an AT power supply as lightning took out the original supply) 

If I can get it running tomorrow they will be happy, if I can't I have a toy lol (hmmmm wonder what I could make it do ;o) 

Hey in TEST mode I can flash the OK led :o|
