Frankly, I just think that no one has ever gone through the bother of doing one. In the ARM world you are a woosie for not doing everything the hard way - Which is one of the reasons I haven't gotten very far in the ARM world I guess. Windows has some good tools, but nothing ever gets past Windows. M$ has the 800 pound gorilla, every other OS is just a Lemur by comparison and gets commensurate attention.
