Mega 1280 with AVR Ice-cube?

Are there any issues I need to know about using a Mega 1280 with Graham Davies' AVR ICE-cube?

If that won't work, what's the next-best choice for jtag on a 1280, using windows and winavr? I already have the ice-cube.
