Which version of  AVRStudio are you using, I have had some nasty issues with the Jungo USB

driver it seems that when upgrading from Studio v4.17 to Studio v4.18 the USB driver

may not be uninstalled (see AVRStudio 4.18 release notes) and this has caused a lot of pain with the jtagicemk2, it seems to only 

partially work. I had some problems with win xp 32 bit and a lot more with windows 7 64 bit. After

much frustration I found that with Studio installed I had to manually unistall the USB driver and reinstall

the correct version from the correct drivers folder of AVRStudio. Ex (usb) or (usb64).
