to get it.

I've been playing with it, and it isn't bad. It has some problems, of 
course, being beta software.

It seems to have gone down like a lead balloon with the fanboys on AVR 
Freaks, mainly because it isn't cross-platform, and uses Microsoft 
Visual Studio as the IDE. Microchip has been more sensible with their 
new MPLAB X, basing it on NetBeans - it runs on Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
