For anybody who wants it, I just tossed up the schematic and pcb artwork for my JTAG design onto my projects page. If you already have the parts laying around and really want to roll your own. Pretty easy to build if you can make your own PCBs. Instructions for doing that with toner transfer paper also on the site.
