I assume you have no CRO in hospital? With a cro, you could test the
port if you can find some freeware to manipulate the pins. Could you
try a port converter on a usb output?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
