Make sure you select the right fuse bits.  At high frequencies you need to
select full blast drive.  The STK500 programmer screen will guide you.

Has anyone gotten the ATmega32 to function at 16mHz?  I am able to get it to
run with a 7.3728 crystal and a 10.000 crystal, but it refuses to start with
a 16.000 crystal?

Does anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
