During the time of the last embedded fair at Nuremberg one of my Atmel distributors had a special deal: A STK500, a STK501 and a JTAG-ICE all together for 339 Euros. Since I already had a STK500 and had no use for the STK501 I sold both via ebay. For the resulting ~130 Euros the JTAG-ICe was quite ok. HTH, Stefan
