We used to use BEC but have given up due to too many failures (mainly 
shorts between tracks/pads). We are currently using a mixture of 
Jemal (Perth), Lintek (Queenbeyan, lintek.com.au) and PCBEZE/Proto 
Circuit Boards (Melbourne, pcbeze.com). If you only want a small 
panel for prototypes, Jemal and pcbeze would be my choice. Lintek are 
better for larger quantities.
