Do a search on eBay for the seller "petroelb".  He always seems to have 
several LCD displays for sale and I have bought many of them from him.

As I mentioned before, I have data sheets for the HD44780 and the Optrex 
manual.  I see one is already in the files section - "dmcman_full.pdf". I 
could contribute the HD44780 file for the files section if it would be 
useful.
