A good way to fill in time is to browse through the thousands of old messages, all carefully archived by our efficient moderators. On reading the original message number 22, I would remind the writer that we in Australia are not "Down Under" and that such a concept arouses in us some considerable resentment. In fact we are the ones at the top of the world, people in Washington DC in particularly being "upside down" as judged by the number of jokes on the web about a certain Bush that grows there. I can prove this because as I sit at my computer my head is pointing upwards towards the sky. I also regularly sing that old Carpenters song "On the top of the world".
