Microstepping

I'm new to BASCOM AVR and microcontrollers and using a Mega32 to drive 
an Active-Robots EasyStep 1000 (http://www.active-
robots.com/products/motorcon/active-stepper.shtml) stepper driver in 
full and half step modes.

Is it possible to microstep this board and if so does anyone have any 
code snippets?
