Setting ISP frecuency from Codevision

2006-06-21 by Ricardo Callejo

How can i set to one specific value the ISP frecuency using Codevision and STK500?
STK500 firmware was updated with AVRStudio 4.12.
If i check Execute User's Program a Command Button called Programm Setting is enabled.
This button has three options :
    Program Directory and Filename -> i set with stk500.exe path
    Command Line parameters -> i set with -I460.80khz but doesn't work. STK500.exe help says that -I frequency is the way to modify this parameter. I probe it with or without space.
    Working directory -> nothing.
This was my course of action. But it's wrong.

I am programming the flash with AVRSTUDIO, changing the ISP frecuency to 1/4 Crystal (3.68Mhz) each time i need to reprogram the MCU.
When i set it to 460.8Khz, the systems works, and i can program the flash.
I read many threads about this problem. I understand that the main problem can be the SPIEN fuse and that you must change it to Internal ISP clock. Of course, I did it but Codevisión still can't program the flash.
Other info. BascomAVR can program the flash without problems.
